Join us for a walk at beautiful Tekakwitha Forest Preserve in St. Charles with naturalist and steward Valerie Blaine.  Not only was Valerie the Education Program Manager at the Forest Preserve District of Kane County, she also lived at Tekakwitha for four years.  Valerie and her co-steward Carrie Needham as well as staff and volunteers, have been working diligently to restore the 65 acres along the Fox River.  It is a beautiful preserve.
